"first. The lady helping with check in was great, very patient. That being said, i had way to much problems getting our rooms. She had a very hard time finding our reservations. it wouldn't come up with our name or itinerary or confirmation numbers. Finally worked with pre check in codes. This poor lady was the only person checking in everyone. The manager was across the street at another Hotel training and not available. Second. The rooms.. Bed was super comfy. But the lighting was terrible. Barely any light. The desk chair is a death trap. When you sit it, you best not lean back. Scared the day lights out me. Ugh. The list of amenities did not list a refrigerator. would have been nice to know there was one, although it was not very cold. would have been nice if there was a microwave as well. Third. None of the Ice Machines worked. Had to go to the bar for ice. Stupid. Forth. The diner. we looked at the hours for breakfast so we can have our crew all meet for breakfast before they had to start working to be ready for the racers. On the info board it said 4AM to ? so we had everyone set to meet at 7:30am Az time, 6:30am Nv time. NO, not open. they said they dont open till 8am NV time. Ugh, so we wait because there isnt anything else unless you get McDonalds. So 8am comes, not opening. I ask the guy i see. He says another 30 minutes. Are Flippen kidding me. Then opens about 5 minutes later. So now we are behind on getting our equipment set up for these racers "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! We didn’t stay long but definitely will be back. The staff at the raiders bar and grill were excellent, very impressed. Our room was fantastic! This place is huge and we didn’t get to see it all but hope to come back and stay a while! "

"We had an amazing stay at this house and couldn’t have asked for more. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and clearly well cared for. The backyard was next level—saltwater pool and spa, a lit basketball half court, a putting green, and even an arcade room inside. There was truly something for everyone, and it made the stay feel like a private resort.The location was perfect—easy to get around, quiet, and just minutes from the newer Durango Casino, which was a huge bonus. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the house exceeded our expectations in every way.If you’re looking for a Vegas stay that combines comfort, fun, and convenience, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again."

"I would like to say that Jack our host was incredible to work with. He is/was very responsive, his replies were within a couple hours at most. The home was amazing. It was 4 bedrooms sleeps 14 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The home was very updated and modern, all of the appliances were next to new. There was very large dinning room table where we could all sit together and enjoy meals together. There was a pool table and ping pong table that my kids loved to play on. The back yard was fenced in so our dog could be let out the back door with no need of worry he would get away. The yard was picturesque and nicely landscaped with another large table outdoors. It had lounge chairs to sit in the sun next to the pool. The pool was clean clear, unfortunately we visited in December and the air was just too cold to go swimming. I will stay at Jacks home every time I visit my family in Las Vegas. It was about 15 min from the strip on a quiet rd with beautiful scenic views of the mountains. You will not be disappointed. We were very fortunate to have found this home so close to Christmas. It was a great gift. Jack, thanks for all your help and accommodations with our situation. Cheers!"
