"East tower bathrooms are small, rooms are smaller but newly renovated. The service at the pool bar was slow, the pool was OK. Got a lot of bug bites there unfortunately."

"Listen if you are going to stay here at this Condo Resort don't pick a Holiday Weekend. There is 3400 condos here and over the 4th of July holiday weekend there was at least 6000 people here on property. All 5 pools and the hot tubs where zoos. We extended two more nights here. Because all the people left on Sunday July 5. So from Sunday to Thursday when we leave tommorw the pool in the very front tower has been about 10 people max in the pool ! Always know this company has 2 other condo resorts here in Vegas. The Cliffs is their nicest one. It is small, but not walking distance to anything. The Berkeley Condos is the next ones which is across the driveway the Silverton Casino. This property The Grandview is the biggest and busiest and you are across the street from South Point where you have a bunch of restaurants, bowling, movies and all that. We have been staying at my Vacation Village resorts here in Vegas since COVID ! I do like them. Also to be honest some of the Condos here at Grandview are beat up more then others. Same with The Berkeley ! It can be hit or miss depending on the condo you get ! The front tower here seems to be the best kept."

"Whenever we go to Las Vegas we always stay at South Point. My only disappointment this time is our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette a lot. But we enjoyed our stay."

"The house was very inviting. Hot tub amazing, clean and kitchen had all utensils we needed. Great location near las vegas blvd 20 min from majoy hotels. Refrigerator wasnt working properly only problem. Luckily csught it soon enough Thanks for our accomodations."
