We came down from Canada for a week with no big expectation and had a blast! It's a lovely place, extremely clean and neat, spacious and fully equipped with all utilities. It looked small as per listing, but it turned out to be more than enough of space for 3 of us and I guess, it could be easily for 4 too. Very quite and in a private street with no noise. When we arrived, crews were working on power lines in the area, as a result there was no electric for a few minutes. This caused minor issues with the Spectrum box, but the owner was very attentive to correcting this problem. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Quiet neighborhood, which was a big plus for us. Couldn't walk near the beach as there was private property at the end of the street.
