Our grown family of 6 enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit and played ball in the spacious yard. This cottage is special because we could bring our puppy and take him to the beach nearby. We rented a golf cart to drive into town, but even without the cart the location of the cottage provides proximity to town, the state park and the glacial grooves. We had Brandy Alexander's at the Village Pump and dinner at the Island House. All of our other meals were spent at Cedar Cottage where the kitchen was well stocked with everything a cook needs. We also enjoyed watching fun summer movies and the cottage has a good video library to choose from as well as streaming options.
