Newly renovated unique & modern 1,400 sq ft condo with balcony, 2 bedrooms, second bedroom is in the loft area, and 2 full bathrooms, spacious, located in the best location in downtown Sandusky \- Free parking for 2 vehicles \- High speed internet/Wi-Fi \- Fully stocked kitchen \- 3 TV's w/streaming device \- Coffee bar- regular, decaf, & tea \- Coined washer & dryer in building \- Ms. Pac-Man video game \- King bed, queen bed, full size bed, 2 twin beds \- Inground pool & hot tub (Seasonal) \- Gym The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures. There is no traditional cable on the TV’s in the condo. The TV’s are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device. The Wi-Fi in the condo can be used for up to 8 devices and that includes televisions. There is coined washers and dryers in the building for guests to use. The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored. Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions. Our city rental permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. We use common area security cameras and noise monitoring device to verify guest count. There are security cameras in the hallways and the external of the building. The condo is equipped with a Minut noise monitor. This device does not record or store any personal data. Guests may contact us through the booking platform messaging system or by phone. Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door. You will enjoy the unique décor and the modern feel during your stay with us as the interior of the condo is thoughtfully decorated and designed. The condo is very colorful and bright. The main level of the condo has a master bedroom with a king bed. The master bathroom is located on the main level. The master bathroom is very spacious with a shower/tub combo. The main level of the condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, dining and living area, and an office work space. In the two-level condo there is a spiral staircase that takes you to the loft area. The second bedroom is located in the loft area of the condo. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom in the loft area. In the loft area there is a full size bed and 2 twin beds. A full bathroom is also located on the second floor of the condo with a shower. Entertainers dream with a Ms. Pac-Man video game, huge Connect Four wall game, and board games to enjoy during your stay. Chris and Jamie are absolutely the best hosts. Every detail is thought out, check in is clear and easy. We felt very welcomed with snacks and a personal note on arrival. We are out but certain we could have cooked with all the supplies on hand. Steps to the Jet Express ferry and so close to Cedar Point. They were excellent communicating during our stay as we decide to stay an extra night after visiting Put-in Bay. The pool and hot tub were perfect.I am certain this has to be the best place to stay in the area! Look forward to staying again in the future. ##### Eric P. I loved the large first floor bathroom and the decor. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable also the extra towels and blankets were plentiful. The hosts do a fantastic job communicating with check in. Response to questions was quick as well. They do not miss a thing you need, pool towels, plenty of pillows and blankets, coffee & tea, cooking supplies, cups, bowls, plates ....... Super Clean and tidy unit as well. The location right on the water is awesome, especially if you love to fish or just have drink by the harbor or water. We are definitely coming back next year to stay in same place.
