Car ferry discount. Small ground floor self contained flat suitable for a couple or couple and 2 children. (not a party pad) This apartment consists of two 12’x12’ rooms and an ensuite shower room. There is a twin sofa bed (2 side by side singles, ideal for siblings) Please consider how much space you will need before booking. All bedding and towels provided including seperate beach towels. Near to Sandown Beach and Pier. Bus stop approx 50 meters away. Private entrance at the back of the house with patio garden and garden furniture. Furniture cushions are not waterproof. If used, please put cushions in the box at night and the cover back on the parasol. (Sea mist and sea gulls are not a good combination!) The patio garden is shared with a family member who lives in the flat over my kitchen, he is mostly out at work and seldom around) Parking provided. Kitchenette/lounge with full size oven/grill, large microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer and twin sofa bed. Central heating. Starter pack provided inc tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread, jams & marmite, cereal, milk and condiments. (Gluten free and Vegan cereal and gluten free biscuits available, please ask in advance.). Discounted car ferry booking service available, at least 25% off standard car rates with Wightlink, less discount with Red Funnel. Please arrange this well in advance of your sailing as discounted rates are limited and subject to availability. Car reg and make needed. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, exceptionally well-equipped (Ally really has thought of everything) and an easy few minutes’ walk from Sandown town shops and the beach. Ally is the perfect hostess: on hand if needed, yet not intrusive. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you, and would love to return. ##### Greta V. The Bistro Bellamy and the Chinee Restaurant had some great meals. Would certainly recommend this lovely flat. Accommodation although small was perfect for us and everything had been thought of to make our stay everything we wanted it to be. Fantastic location and we managed to fit so much into our 4 days. Osborne house, Needles, Steam railway, Godshill and Carisbrooke Castle are a must. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable. Xx ##### Nicola D. She contacted me before the trip just to check what kind of essentials (milk, bread etc) we would need and had those already in the house when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Ally The location of the flat is perfect for walking down to the coast and experiencing the lovely sandy beach and Sandown Pier which are only a few minutes walk away. There is always a good buzz around the beach area, we found there was lots to do there to enjoy a fun day with kids. The local shops are also just a couple of minutes walk away, a mix of small businesses and larger supermarkets. There is something for everyone around there. ##### Zaki I. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing short break. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and we welcomed the added extras. The living area was compact yet efficiently designed. The beds were also very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The location was ideal, close to the beach with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The small touches such as beach gear, games, takeaway containers was a nice touch. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a base to explore the Isle of Wight! ##### Nishul V. Ally really has thought of everything. Nicely situated, minutes from the beach and great to have parking. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the outside seating but it would have been lovey if we had. Ally was able to help us get a deal on the ferry fare and it was an easy transaction. My friend and her 10 year old daughter shared the very comfortable bed and I was on the sofa bed, which isn’t the longest although again, comfortable. The accommodation is modern and I would strongly recommend anyone to stay. Thank you so much Ally and we wish you continued success with your holiday let. ##### Donna G.
