Situated at ground floor level, the sandy shores of Sandown Bay are directly opposite.The accommodation comprises of a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area, which offers lovely views out to sea and a large smart TV, inc Netflix, Amazon & internet. There are three sofas, one that can be used as a sofa bed for one person.The kitchen area is a modern contemporary style, with breakfast bar seating for up to 3 and includes a Nespresso machine (pods not supplied), an integral fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. The dining area seats up to 6 guests and also benefits from sea views.The master bedroom can be made up as a super-king or a twin room; please advise your preference on booking. There is a dressing table, that can also be used as a work desk for those looking to work whilst away. This room has a stylish en-suite. The second bedroom is a twin room. The location is great because you open your front door and you're looking straight out to the sea and just have to cross the road to be walking along the sea front It was lovely and clean when we arrived and had everything that we needed. We have two small children too and the apartment is a short 5 min walk from a brilliant play ground which we used during our stay too. We are already looking forward to coming to stay again! It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. A bonus is is its just across the road from the beach & sea! On the downside it is still very much a building site and with all the rain Friday there was a lot of mud and puddles. We love that it is right on the sea front. We weren't as fortunate with the weather this October but the apartment felt spacious and comfortable enough to stay in on the wet days and watch the waves on the beach from the windows. The service was great too as we emailed on the day of arrival asking if it would be available to check in earlier and got a quick reply which said we could and that worked well for our family. Just across the road from an ideal soft sand beach, a two minute walk from one of the best resturants in town (Band Stand), five minute walk from holiday entertainment (mini golf plus more), 10 minute walk in to town and easy road access to get to the rest of the island. Lovely welcome gift on arrival. The rooms were clean and spacious. A little expensive out of season when many businesses shut. Kitchen was well equipped. Building work to the rear at present but didn't impact on our stay too much. Smart TV also didn't connect to WiFi.
