Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

"Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, ..."
