  • Granito's is a 75 m² apartment located in Monte Petrosu (San Teodoro), in the heart of Gallura, just a short distance from Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches and all local amenities. It’s the ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to experience the Costa Gallurese with the comfort of a spacious, well-connected base.



    The apartment is on the raised ground floor and features three bedrooms—one large double, one double, and one with two single beds—two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fenced outdoor area offers a private space with a balcony, perfect for evenings outside.



    Air conditioning ensures maximum comfort on hot days. WiFi is available with included data and speeds suitable for video calls. Cable and satellite TV are provided.



    As in many areas of Sardinia, we recommend using mineral water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking.



    Parking is available on the property with 2 free spaces. Public transport is within walking distance.
