The outdoor grill was perfect.The layout of the house was very pleasing. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen area carpet so dirty we rolled it up at arrival. Electrician had to come as fan was sparking. Had to sweep screws off garage floor - to prevent flat tire. coffee table duct taped.
