A 3-speed ceiling fan is located above the bed, which is made up for your arrival. Radio with USB and Bluetooth connectivity. The apartment has a balcony with wide doors, allowing you to enjoy the stunning lake view; a table and two chairs are provided on the balcony. External sun screens are installed. The living area includes two comfortable swivel chairs and a stylish round table, offering lovely views of the lake, mountains, and the town of Bellano. A desk and chair are provided for working. There is drawer space for your belongings, as well as a reading lamp and power outlet next to the bed.
Information folders containing details about the local area are available. A selection of books is provided in French, German, English, Dutch, Swedish, and Italian. A chess set and playing cards are also available. Charming louvered doors separate the hallway from the living area, creating a romantic, colonial atmosphere.
The hallway features a coat rack and a wall mirror with a shelf for small items. Dressing area with a wide clothes rack and a washing machine. A sliding door leads to the bathroom, which features a bathtub/shower and a sink with a mirror.
A hairdryer, shower foam, and shampoo are provided. Bath towels are included.
The hallway also provides access to the kitchen, which has a window.
The kitchen features a large wall mirror and a high bar table with two bar stools. This cozy kitchen is equipped with two induction cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an air fryer, an oven, a blender, a Nespresso coffee machine, pots and pans, a citrus juicer, plates, cutlery, cutting boards, cups, glasses, mugs, pepper, salt, olive oil, coffee, tea, a toaster, a French press, and an electric kettle. Tea towels are included.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a wide staircase or an elevator. An intercom system allows you to open the main entrance door downstairs.
