The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. The first floor is inhabited by the owners who however have separate entrances and rooms and above all will be able to respect the privacy of the guests. Lovely villa with perfect pool. Slightly odd layout where all but one of be the bedrooms were only accessed from outside only, but no problem in good summer weather. Kitchen could really have been better equipped, we did struggle without a big saucepan for example. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr lange und immer gut gepflegte Pool, von welchem wir einen ungehinderten Ausblick in die abwechslungsreiche Hügellandschaft der Marken genießen konnten. In dem Haus mit den dicken Steinmauern und den modernen Klimaanlagen ließ sich auch große Hitze gut ertragen. Im nahen Örtchen San Severina Marche wurden jeweils am Mittwochabend kostenlose Open-Air-Kinovorstellungen geboten. Die Agentur und die Gastgeberin haben sich stets aufmerksam und schnell mit unseren Wünschen befasst und alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit geregelt. ##### Tobias W.
