Hotel staff were nice and friendly and the room we stayed it was lovely. It is easy to walk to the center of san sébastian but there are also buses near the hotel you can use.

The room was large! The bathroom was so nice. Anti-fog mirror, magnifying mirror, dryer on the wall plugged in (not in a bag), spacious, extra stool. The staff members were very pleasant and helpful. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

The entire hotel showcases photography of famous actors, actresses, singers and musical art professionals. The hotel is centrally located although we needed to take a bus to get to the beach. Overall, lovely and we'll maintained property and very pleasant and polite staff members. We liked it a lot!

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. I liked that the parking was safe (gate keeped and underground) and also that there was real AC. The only downside is that the hotel is 20 minutes away from the old town, very easy for adults, not as much for elders and young kids. The walk is still very nice!
