Aiete is a very quiet neighbourhood, located at the top of the hill that surrounds La Concha Bay. Its location is perfect if you are looking for an apartment that allows you to be close to the centre and the hustle and bustle during the day, but return to a quiet area at the end. One step away from the apartment is the Palacio de Aiete, a neoclassical building surrounded by a park of almost 81,000 m2 that looks like something out of a fairy tale, with trees that form real forests to walk through, ponds and even a cave.
