Beautiful hotel and the restaurant (Narru) was the some of the best service we've had in a restaurant and we eat out A LOT!....One small gripe, it tells you when you book that the mini-bar is free, but they only 'fill' it for you once and you get very little, so I'm sorry but that ain't a free mini-bar.

This hotel is a must for anyone visiting SS, especially for first time visitors. Ideally situated within 5 mins walk of the main bus station. The bus direct from the airport takes 1hr 20 mins and runs hourly in winter. Make sure to book your bus home early as the 8am bus was full and a taxi cost 200 euros. Staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and stunning. Everything you need a more for a lovely break away. Thank you.

I LOVE San Sebastián. The hotel's restaraurant and the staff, from the front desk, to the bellmen, to the restaurant were OUTSTANDING! Helpful, kind, and proud of their city. Two shortcomings, the Hotel's "gym" was below ground, and smelled it. It was small, and very humid and warm. My loft room had a greatv view of the cathedral, but the window was tiny, and no balcony, which I had requested.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff that were extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel Arbaso is conveniently situated 10 minutes (walk) from Old Towne. The cathedral views from the Premium Room in particular were amazing. The decor and amenities in the room (bidet, his and hers sink, Marshall bluetooth speaker) were very well thought out. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the excellent room service from the fantastic hotel restaurant. The location was perfect — close to many shops and restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful inside the room despite nearby street traffic.
