STUNNING PREMIUM TOWNHOUSE GOLF AND BEACH

Stunning 3 floor townhouse with 4 bedrooms recently acquired with an internal elevator in the privileged private resort of Alcaidesa . More than 100 sq metres in outside space. It has two parking slots with direct access to the townhouse. Surrounded by one of the few golf link courses that exist in Spain. The complex has 4 swimming pools (the one in front the townhouse is opened during the whole year) and green areas. Blue flag Alcaidesa beach is in a walking distance of 5 minutes.

Furnished and decorated in a Nordic and functional style and equipped with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The direct access to one of the swimming pools of the urbanization, which is the one that opens all year, is an extra for your stay to be fantastic. You can also relax in the outdoor jacuzzi.

Alcaidesa is a privileged closed resort, with some complexes of apartments and villas surrounded by the Natural Reserve of Guadalquitón and 2 golf courses with 18 holes of Alcaidesa and the Mediterranean Sea. Our townhose is located in one of the most beautiful and high quality complexes in the area.

We highly recommend to have a car during your stay. While distances to most amenities are short, only the beach and golf course are a short walk away: area of bars, restaurants and beach bars Alcaidesa (less than 5 min by car), Mercadona and Hipercor supermarkets (less than 7/8 min by car), Sotogrande (less than 10 min by car), Gibraltar (15 min by car), Malaga Airport (1h15 by car), Marbella (45 min by car), Tarifa ( 40 min by car), Jerez Airport (1h15 by car), Ronda (1h20), Seville (2h), Ferry Tanger (30 min), Castellar de la Frontera (20 min).

Lovely holiday

Our stay at Javier's villa was perfect. The villa is very stylish furnished and equipped with everything you need on vacation. In the kitchen we found oil, sugar, salt, spices, honey, tea, coffee, a blender, a grill, a toaster, a coffee maker... There were a dishwasher with tablets, salt, a washing machine with a dryer, an iron, washing powder, fabric softener, cleaning products, trash bags, vacuum cleaner... We had shower gels, shampoos, soaps available in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels, even beach towels extra. Everything was clean. We appreciate the underground parking space, beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, surfboards for children...) We enjoyed the community pool. Communication with Javier and Yolanda was excellent. Thank you for the accommodation and a great time spent in your house in La Alcaidesa.

Very very nice apartment in perfect condition

Very very nice apartment in new, perfect condition. Landlord is very friendly and uncomplicated. Good communication from the start. The area is a very quiet area and good for relaxing. I can fully recommend the flat for anybody who wants to relax in a very quiet area in a very comfortable apartment.

Vacanza Stupenda in Alcaidesa

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso, grazie a Javier, una vacanza stupenda !!! La casa era bellissima, la vista che si godeva dall’ultimo piano aveva una vista mozzafiato sullo stretto di Gibilterra. Garage collegato con ascensore, che ti portava a tutti i piani della villetta. Nel villaggio di Alcaidesa erano presenti 4 piscine di cui 1 molto grande di fronte a casa. Circondati da un bellissimo campo di golf, in questo posto incantato regnava la quiete e le persone che abitavano nei dintorni erano tutte signorili e discrete. La spiaggia di fronte a casa era enorme e poco affollata, un vero Paradiso . La posizione è ottimale per visitare con la macchina gran parte dell’Andalusia. Ma il pezzo forte della vacanza è stato Javier, persona super disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarti. Ci ha consigliato tanti posti dove andare a fare la spesa, ristoranti dove mangiare, posti da visitare, ecc. ecc ......... più che un oste si è dimostrato un’amico . Grazie Javier di tutto e consigliamo a tutti gli amici di HomeAway di andare a trovarlo per passare una bellissima vacanza in Andalusia . Ciao Enrico Gubellini Bologna - Italia
