Centro abitato a Corfino dotato di un piccolo, ma ben fornito supermercato. Il parco naturale dell'Orecchiella con i suoi sentieri ben tenuti, pulitissimi, ottimamente segnalati con fauna diversa rende la zona assai adatta ai bambini. La abitazione è vasta, spaziosa e molto vivibile anche all'esterno.
