Hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were not fancy but clean- a bit dated but quite large.
Shuttle times didn’t work for us. We had a very early morning flight but staff offered to arrange a private ride for a cost.

This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.
