The reception manager is good and helped me with everything I needed. The guy at the reception is nice. Also jessy is sweet. And that’s all about it. Staff is rude and nasty from hell. Never greet never welcoming. Jealous and nasty. Specially that tall girl with the glasses who cleans with alcohol every time. Just looking into the computer and never greet nothing. She needs to work at lleras instead. No phones in rooms. Not safe. No tv channels. Nothing. Boring. Cleaning is not good. Carpet dirty. Also carpet in elevators. Security old guy at night is good dude. Don’t believe the vip things they publish. They won’t respect it anyhow. I can’t believe the reception ask me to pay extra for late check out. Thankfully i had contact with reception manager who fix that. Bad taste bad staff. Couldn’t stay there more. I can’t recommend this place.

Very few alternatives, for an expensive hotel, the staff friendly but very unapathetic with situations in the reservation area, in general it is a good hotel, but for the price they should have more options

Wonderful place, very comfortable, great customer service just don’t get the airport transportation offered as it is more expensive than getting a regular Uber. Location is great and overall fantastic

Desde que entras al hotel, sientes una verdadera atmósfera de paz y tranquilidad. El lugar es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos: bonito, acogedor y perfecto para descansar y relajarse. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, incluso para una estadía larga. Pero, sin duda, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial es el trato del staff. Jonathan, Wilmarie y Paola nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos y nos brindaron un servicio realmente premium. Siempre estuvieron disponibles para conversar, ayudarnos y darnos excelentes recomendaciones. La ubicación también es excelente. Está a menos de 5 minutos caminando de la entrada de Provenza y de todos sus restaurantes y opciones de entretenimiento. Además, hay excelentes lugares para desayunar o comer a solo 1 minuto caminando, o incluso menos. Sin duda, cuando regresemos a Medellín, nos volveremos a hospedar aquí. Fue una experiencia excelente y un lugar que definitivamente recomendamos

This hotel was so gorgeous. The pool, lobby, breakfast bar, restaurant , rooftop bar and Jacuzzi were magnificent. My only issue is that I couldn’t really enjoy the view from my room because the outside of my window wasn’t the cleanest, but I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely look forward to staying there again. Especially because the staff was so friendly and accommodating.
