House was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big dining table for gathering around. Convenient to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the cozy sitting room. Nice to have a washer and dryer.

#### A very beautiful old house with a stunning interior.

It is clean and beautifully decorated with a comfortable decor. The house itself is old, but there is a fireplace to keep you warm in the cold, and AC to cool you down in the heat. There's a lovely garden, and deck with outdoor dining tables! The driveway can accommodate 2 large cars with ease. Street parking is limited because of narrower neighborhood roads. Walking distance to grocery stores, and a short walk up the hill gives gorgeous views of San Rafael. The kitchen is well-equipped. Washer and dryer are high-tech. The living room is very comfy with a giant skylight!
