Elena Alicia these ladies did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very close to the Cruise Ship and everybody is very good. The food was good and it was nice. We even got a pasta night. And that was good too.

I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

The breakfast was fresh and very good. The air conditioning did not work, seemed to be controlled by the front desk. That could be a problem in the warmer season.

Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time.
