Summary:
X’tan Ha Resort is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay away from busy crowds. The property is well maintained, the staff is excellent, and the overall experience is stress-free and comfortable. While it’s a bit outside town, that actually adds to the quiet vibe. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it—especially for couples or anyone looking to unwind on Ambergris Caye."
"We stayed at queen bedroom with balcony. We loved it. Rooftop pool is excellent for relaxing. Great location.
Very clean and friendly staff. Food is also amazing at the Sandbar restaurant. "

"We loved our stay at Ramon’s. The staff is very friendly and although you are in the busy city the property makes it feel secluded and cleaner than the surrounding beaches "
"Unfortunately, the major complaint was the noise coming from the kitchen area very late at night. It started upon arrival, but we did not know at the time where the noise was coming from or what it was. It sounded like someone moving furniture and metal dropping to the floors, etc. In additional loud voices. It reached a peak on Saturday, April 25 going into Sunday morning at 1am. Our room was on the 3rd floor and at 1am on April 26, I went downstairs to seek the security guard, as the lobby was closed. I explained to him about the noise and he proceeded to follow me toward my room and he immediately recognized that it was coming from the kitchen area on floor 2. He said that he was going to ask them to keep it down. I expressed concern that this should not be happening this late at night, etc. Shortly after, the noise continued, but it was not long lasting. The next morning, I registered a complaint with reception and the rep was surprised and said that the restaurant usually closes at 9:30pm. That evening at around 10pm on Sunday April 26, the noise began again and seemed to have stopped around midnight. I knew it was our last night and upon check out on Monday April 27, I asked if the incidents were logged in and they had no record at all. In addition, the manager happened to be there and I explained the whole situation. None of this should have ever happened at a resort (especially very late at night). The complaint should have been recorded somewhere. "
"The beach was not useable! Very short on stuff. Only one real restaurant with the same menu and 3 specials that routed every so often. Many items on the menu were never available! The pools and the outside were never kept up! Wi-Fi for tv very bad! Expedia needs to update the pictures and description of the property!
We almost left the next day. We found a few places to travel to that were better but had to pay once we got there. Very disappointed, we’ll never go back there or to Belize. I did not feel I had. Vacation after spending all the money that we did. Do not go by what you see in Expedia!!!
It was not the vacation that we expected and hoped for!
