Welcome to Olimpo Residencias, a comfortable and cosy space ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Lake Atitlán. Our property offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains surrounding the area.
The accommodation features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a spacious hallway connecting the apartment’s different areas. In addition, guests can enjoy a patio on the terrace, perfect for relaxing, watching the sunrises, and enjoying the fresh air.
The location is ideal: it’s close to the centre of San Pedro La Laguna, just 5 minutes from the beaches, and approximately 10–15 minutes from the lively district, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

Guest Access
Guests have access to most of the apartment, including the bedrooms, kitchen, hallway, terrace, and common areas. However, there are some areas restricted for the exclusive use of staff or management. These areas are clearly marked, so we ask that you respect these signs during your stay.
If you need anything else during your visit, we’ll be happy to help.

Other Notable Details
The host’s family lives in the same building. The guest areas of the apartment are private; however, the building’s exit is shared. The hallway and the terrace patio are also part of the access route to the exit, so you may occasionally see family members or children passing through these areas to enter or leave the building.
This is completely normal and part of the homely atmosphere of the place. We always strive to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and comfortable environment for all our guests.

We also offer laundry service for an additional fee, but if you book for more than 3 nights, laundry service will be free.
