Beautiful ocean view was first thing I noticed when I walked in! I love the balcony, even came with a hammock. Suite had everything needed to prepare a meal, even salt and pepper, full stove, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans…everything you could possibly need. Very spacious, although I spent most of my time in the hammock looking at the ocean. Wonderful view to wake up to each morning.

We stayed at the Palms for 1 week from Feb. 21-28, 2026. Our second floor suite was great. It had a great view of the ocean, it was very well equipped and the AC worked well. The office staff helped us with booking a golf cart and with supper reservations. The property is well looked after. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport was appreciated. We highly recommend this resort!

Everything was perfect. We stayed in room 12 right on the 1st floor facing the beach and it was an absolute perfect experience. We just returned from 2 weeks at The Palms and really loved this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the room was spotless and super comfortable, and they keep the hotel grounds beautiful and clean. We loved that it was very quiet and super close to the center of town. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, stores, dive shops, etc. We didn't want to come home! I also appreciated their offer to pick us up from the ferry and take us back when it was time to leave. I absolutely recommend The Palms.
