It sits on the road so road noise is pretty constant. The master bedroom needs a new mattress badly. Everything appears pretty dated. New paint would be nice. The shower in the hall barely worked. The complex does have a nice pool, but not enough deck chairs. The best thing about our stay was the young woman at the gate named Iris. She was sweet, communicative, and appeared to actually care about us. Gave us hugs as we left. ##### Eric P. This unit C203 is not fit for paying renters. Wi-Fi is very weak, as we had to sit outside on the porch to get a signal, a new water heater and furniture are all required.
