this villa is very comfortable, very welcoming and spacious and very well appointed which lacks nothing so that everyone feels at home.
the terrace has some greenery on each side
it is very spacious.
there is a patio where you can hang your clothes out of sight.
the milk is fully air conditioned in each room to feel cool inside without getting hot.
for people who do not want air conditioning, a ceiling fan in each room.

La casa era todo lo que dice en el anuncio, es tranquila y acogedora. Cerca de la calle principal por un lado y por otro a 5 min de la playa. Por decir algo malo es que habia muchos mosquitos y mi hija y yo terminamos llenas de picotazos

Fijne goed en gezellig ingerichte vakantiewoning. 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. keuken prima. goede oven en kookplaat. Voldoende serviesgoed/ pannen etc. Prima wasmachine en vaatwasser. Sleuteloverdracht verliep vlekkeloos volgens afspraak. Helaas was er geen beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig. Dit hebben wij ter plaatse moeten aaschaffen. Omgeving zeer de moeite waard. Ongeveer 800 meter lopen naar de gezellige boulevard. Prima te doen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub , die Wohnung ist gut positioniert , in der Nähe von Mar Menor , Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Mr. Marzo funktionierte sehr gut, die Wohnung bietet gute Bedingungen, um den Urlaub zu verbringen, wir verbrachten viel Zeit draußen auf der Terrasse .

Un séjour très agréable

Idéalement située près du centre-ville, des commerces, des restaurants et à quelques pas des plages, la maison de Monsieur Marzo est parfaitement fonctionnelle, bien équipée et d'un entretien facile. Le plus : Un petit jardin agréable, bien orienté et parfaitement ensoleillé. Ceci permet, comme ce fut notre cas, de prendre les repas de midi à l'extérieur pendant les mois de janvier et février. Propriétaire charmant et à l'écoute. Un environnement calme et des voisins attentionnés. Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable à San Pedro, ville au demeurant accueillante.

C'est notre deuxième passage dans ce coin de l'Espagne ou nous avons trouvé cette jolie maison d un cadre très agréable. Maison très fonctionnelle,la cuisine un petit cocon....la villa est climatisée, ,nous avons manqué de rien. Merci pour cette merveilleuse location, rien ne manquait, dès notre arrivée nous avons trouvé une petite merveille, propre agréable, tout de suite nous avons pris nos marques. Les commerces à deux pas, les restaurants, les salinas où nous avons pris plaisir chaque matin à nous baigner. enfin des vacances de rêves. je recommande vivement cette location. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances, et si nous devions retournés en Espagne, c'est chez vous que nous irons Mr MARZO. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout ce qui pourrait faire plaisir à des vacanciers exigeants. La maison est impeccable et possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour être très confortables. Elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, avec tout le confort, une déco soignée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Gentillesse et très bon accueil des propriétaires.
