It's charming a space full of character. It has a private entrance right off the street. We can hear people walking or cars passing by. But it's not a busy street so it didn't bother us that much. The bed on the loft was wide & comfortable. However, the traditional reed & wooden beamed ceiling on the loft side is low so we just have to be cognizant of it all the time. It's part of charm. The main property has two courtyards for gathering which we didn't use much. They're quite atmospheric. The property is a short walk to the main street where most of the shops & eating places are. Communication with manager was smooth & easy. Service is friendly and efficient. This is a hostel, so though I had a private room, the showers and bathrooms are shared with other clients. You should be aware that there is NO parking on the streets here. You must pay to park overnight. I found a fenced lot several blocks away on Tocopillo Street, and paid $6 a night to ensure it was safe. This is a bare bones facility, but I loved the energy of the place and the people there.
