Bedding was high quality and felt luxurious compared to other hotels we stayed at as part of our trip. The bathroom looks a bit tired however there was hot water so big plus from us. We left early for a trip and they kindly packed us a breakfast and stored our luggage till we returned later. Quartos amplos e com bom banheiro. O café da manhã é bem servido e quando vc precisa sair nais cedo para os passeios, eles oferecem um kit lanche. A localização é excelente, fica a 2 quadras do início da Caracoles. Em 5 minutos já é possível chegar no centro. Fora que o staff é super simpático e prestativo. Quarto extremamente abafado, com cheiro de mofo. O banheiro é extremamente escuro, revestimento escuro, o local para tomar banho muito apertado, a cortina não é suficiente para conter a água, molhando todo o banheiro. Atingir a temperatura ideal no chuveiro é algo quase impossível, ou a água fica muito quente ou muito gelada. O hotel não fornece aqueles sabonetes em barra e shampoo/condicionador individual; eles colocam shampoo e sabonete líquido em potes grandes; não fornecem condicionador. No banheiro, não tem suporte para colocar shampoo, sabonete. Não tem secador no banheiro, tem que solicitar na recepção. Café da manhã muito ruim; tinha apenas pão, queijo, presunto, ovo mexido, algumas poucas frutas (banana, maçã, laranja) e nada mais.
