O hostel é bem localizado, porém as ruas de San Pedro são, na maioria, poeirentas. O nosso quarto tinha camas confortáveis, mas fomos no verão, e não havia nenhum ventilador, muito menos ar condicionado. Nossa única opção de suportar ficar no quarto era deixar a porta aberta, pois a janela dava para uma rua de chão de bastante movimento, que encheria o quarto de pó. Ocorre que o quarto somente refrescava depois da meia noite, o que nos fez muito mal, porque não conseguíamos dormir por causa do calor e da poeira, pois não houve arrumação ou limpeza do quarto pelo pessoal do hostel durante nossa estadia de 4 dias, como esperávamos, pois é anunciado que há limpeza periódica (ela só ocorreu no dia em que fizemos o check-out, depois que saímos...). O café da manhã só é servido em um restaurante próximo, depois das 8:30h, então nem vale a pena contratar esse serviço se você pretende fazer passeios pela manhã (saem perto das 7h). No geral, foi decepcionante, não entendi o porquê da avaliação tão alta desse lugar, talvez melhore no inverno, mas não pretendemos conferir. First of all, the hostal does not have its own parking space as said in the description: the first night we were asked to park it in a garage at the back of a restaurant they own in a very tight one car space; the day after it took us the best part of 45 minutes and a lot of walking around to get the car because nobody had the key to open the garage door. After that we parked it on the road round the block where there was plenty of free space. Second, the room was the real bad part: peeling paint, musty smell, cracked doors, paper thin walls; I could hear literally anything going on in the rooms around us: snoring in the night, road traffic, any type of conversation or bathroom activity. Only way to sleep was with very good ear plugs. Bathroom sink had a timer tap like in public toilets, so had to push it every 10sec and no possibility to change water temperature. Pressure of water in the shower was good but only 30sec of scorching hot water and then cold water for the rest of the shower. No water during the night. Basic breakfast is available in a nice cafe two blocks away from the hostal... location is very handy to explore San Pedro. I am generally happy to rough it out or to stay in hostel but not to pay hotel prices for it. While staff did not speak English, she tried her best to assist us in our requests and this was appreciated. However, I wanted to highlight an issue which had to do with the lack of availability of hot water for shower and this was a consistent issue. No último dia, ficamos sabendo que forneciam aquecedor (não nos ofereceram, fizemos passeios a - 20 graus!). Cuidado com o café, é FORA DO HOTEL (300 metros) e só abre a partir das 8:30\. Se for fazer algum passeio, vai pagar o café e não vai consumir. Uma pena não terem avisado disso. Ponto positivo -> localização!
