"Very large and comfortable room!!! The pool area was well kept and nice to sit out by. The gym is a bit outdated and run down but at least they had one. It was incredibly close to the water taxi which was a huge help too. Really good, affordable place to stay in San Pedro in my opinion."

"There could be more entertainment, the lounge was barely used because there was no real entertainment. There is really no beach, or access to the beach. The area is beautiful but you can't swim in the beach water from the property. Other than those two things the resort is beautiful and service was exceptional."

"Menu was very eclectic with a wide veriety offerings. The dive shop and staff as well as dive guilds and dive masters where very knowledgeable and experienced. The A/C was very adequate for comfort. This has been a wonderful experinces for me wife and me. We will surly recommend to others."

"The staff were very friendly and were helpful and were great to answer any question you needed answered. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed if you went to the market to make a lunch . Very nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the ocean view while haveing a coffee. Very close to walk to many restaurants and shops ."

"The only way I can describe this place is it should be under motel not hotel. I book solely for distance and the price because I was island hopping throughout the trip. The hotel bathroom and hallways has an horrific smell the room was only ok if the AC was running nonstop the sheets have multiple stain and hair in the sheets. If I can’t relax to sleep without the fear of improper clean sheets it’s just not worth it. If that’s ur vibe book it. The only positive here the front desk concierge was nice!"

"Resort is exactly as pictured. Rooms were clean and smelled clean, great view of the ocean/beach, good water pressure and hot water for the shower, and all the amenities were clean and working. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and very helpful. Property is easy to find and right next to the water taxi. The beach front location was perfect so it was close to everything, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. I didn’t eat at the on site restaurant or order from the bar so I can’t say anything about the food, but I did get the complementary drink upon arrival and it was great. There is construction going on next to the property but I didn’t hear any noise from it."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. It is a little loud in the mornings being right on the beach and next to a school but nothing that ear plugs couldn’t handle. I would stay here again."

The room itself was very comfortable, with perfect air-conditioning (a huge plus in the Belize heat!) and an incredibly cozy bed that made it easy to relax and recharge. What really stood out was how accommodating everyone was. The front desk team was always happy to help and made getting around effortless by calling taxis whenever I needed one. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it easy to fully enjoy the experience. The on-site restaurant was another highlight—the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff there were just as friendly and accommodating as the rest of the hotel team. Overall, Caribbean Villas Hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belize."
