"The room was fantastic. Laid out very well with a nice view. Very spacious for two couples. Probably the most helpful staff out of any place I’ve been to. Great location with lots to do nearby. I highly recommend this property."

"The location was right on the water. Though no beach, just boat docks, restaurants, etc. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful. Everything we had was very good. The prices were good. The selection of items was massive. We were just down the street (short walk) from two grocery stores. The large frigerators and freezers down in the common area were great to keep things in. Our room did have a smaller frigerator with a litte freezer. The common seating area was spacious. There were rockers, chairs, tables and a very good breeze coming into the covered area. The staff was exceptional! They were so helpful and nice. The few items that we did not care for was the lack of sitting spaces in our room. Only the two beds in the room. We did have a balcony with a small table and two chairs. It seemed a bit odd to not have any chairs in the room. Also, the storage in the room was very limited. There was a column rack; however it was not very sturdy. For us being a bit older the steps seemed like a lot. We were on floor 2. The pool was on floor 4. The steps would fine for younger healthy people. There were railings for the stairs. Overall, the hotel was great, good location. If we were younger, we would stay there again."

"Del hotel no hay queja, personal muy amable, comida deliciosa, habitación limpia y excelente atención, pero desafortunadamente está ubicado en una zona donde hay cortes de energía eléctrica, pasamos parte de 2 noches aguantando calor por qué no había como hacer funcionar el aire acondicionado y a oscuras es el único detalle que si pudieran mejorar con una planta a gasolina talvez, sería estupendo, lo otro es que el sargazo se ha vuelto un problema en todo Cayo Amberguiz o Belize en general y el hotel no es la excepción pero es mucho menos que en los lugares públicos donde incluso hay mal olor por lo mismo, la piscina es pequeña en temporada alta podría no dar abasto"

"Great location at the north end of San Pedro town. The property was well kept. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Resort is right on the beach and a few blocks from the nightlife so it was nice and quiet."

"The location is great ! The owner and neighbors are very nice and very helpful ! 10 out of 10 , I do recommend!Great value for price ! You can walk to restaurants and bars , you can rent a golf cart from owner and ride around , minutes away from airport and boat taxi. The owner can help with boat taxi tickets if needed. Right across from ocean . Location is safe and homely."

"My friend and I enjoyed our stay here, from the moment we were arriving until we left the staff were so helpful! We had pick up arranged when we got off the water taxi and we were helped in getting a golf cart brought to the hotel for us, helped the trip go smoothly. We loved our room, AC was incredible, it was a perfect stay we would definitely stay again"

"This was the best trip and a lot of that is owed to Casa del rai and the staff. Darwin was so kind and helpful, special shout out to Chris too! We were pleased with everything provided! Go to Belize and stay at Casa Del Rai! Highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is conveniently located to eateries, both local and tourist based. We had a full kitchen which allowed us to buy fruits and veggies for snacks between meals at the restaurants. The appearance is very rustic on the outside, but don’t be too quick to judge. The staff was excellent and accommodating. They were very personable and informative. The room was very clean and well maintained. We would stay again."
