Room was Okayy, but the property was definitely not the cleanest. Plants was used as trash cans, & the outside had people laying on the ground drugged out right at the entrance.. also had a bad smell. We couldn’t control the air in the room, so it wasn’t the coolest.

Dreamcatcher was absolutely amazing and honestly might be the best value I’ve ever gotten from a hotel. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent, with very good, incredibly fresh, and surprisingly affordable food. We also got massages during our stay, which were fantastic overall, and the value was hard to beat. Dreamcatcher completely exceeded my expectations. Between the atmosphere, service, food, amenities, and overall value, I’d absolutely stay here again. Easy 5 stars.

8.2/10 Very good! (674 reviews)
Room was perfect and spacious. Located in the middle of San Juan so I was able to walk to the beach and Old San Juan. Yes, got my steps in but was able to see things i wouldn’t see while driving. Only complaint is the shower had no hot water. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay.

"Hilton Ponce continues to be a great location to relax and enjoy your day with family. The place is currently doing some renovations in the breakfast area of ‘La Terraza ‘ and in the west side thus the unexpected drilling noise early in the morning and through the day can be a bit annoying.
