Rooms are quite small for 3 people. And the price for a small room for 3 persons. Staff are great though.

Booked this property to have comfortable stay while my husband has a camping event nearby. It was convenient and near the beach area where the event is. The room is just enough for me and my 2kids. Was not able to experience the amenities. The only let down is when a big cockroach got into our room. Big fear! 😅 So hopefully, they do regular Baygon spray 😊

The place is in great location. Walk to the beach, the staff were friendly. Parking no problems. Onsite has foods. We will definitely book again.

Upon initial arrival, we thought we were in the wrong alleyway. It turns out that were at the right place. We had booked the Classic Triple Room. The AC unit wasn't properly sealed - so bugs could easily fly/crawl into the room (there were a couple flys and mosquitos in the room that night). The room was tiny for a twin bed and single bed. The photos make the room appear larger than it really is. The entire room smelled like it had been cleaned with bleach, but still smelled like a public urinal. We checked out after finding out that there are better places to stay nearby.

This was a gift to my sister and niece. They had a great time there. There’s a lot of activities to do at the hotel and the neighboring hotels.

we got in at around 7-8pm, and parking situation was terrible, but their staff was kind enough to let us park on their driveway. the toilet bowl in room 7 was clogged the entire time we were there.

The room is clean and free breakfast is good. What really disappointing to us is their lack of good customer service. No staff is attending to our needs/inquiries. We were not also able to use the pool because on the day that we arrived, it is for cleaning until the next day it wasn't cleaned. We just left earlier than our checkout time because we cannot do anything other than going to the beach.

Hi! Thank you very much for taking a time to leave us a review. Apologies for the inconvenience about the pool being crystal brown in color on the day for your arrival. There was a heavy rain caused by the typhoon that has destroyed a lot of homes in Siargao Island. Unfortunately, in zambales we experienced very heavy rain a day before your arrival. It has been being vacuum before and after you arrived but really sorry we couldn’t make the process faster & meet your expectations. However, it was not dirty. It was just crystal brown due to the rain. Shortly after you left the pool water’s color returned to it’s usual color. Thank you very much for appreciating the room was clean & food was good. Apologies we are still on skeletal work force due to the local tourism rules are constantly changing. We are sorry we couldn’t meet your customer service expectations, we are working to make things better for our future guests.
