Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was friendly, the stay was comfortable, and the amenities were nice. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and the room could benefit from a fresh coat of paint

This hotel and the service were exceptional, the only downside is after checkout. They won’t send my invoice, asking for a Mexicain fiscal document which is a first for me. During this trip, we stayed at 5 different hotels in Mexico and none ask for a fiscal document.
