LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HE TENIDO

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN HOSPEDAJE QUE HE TENIDO. La cama de la habitación no correspondía con la que ofrecen en la publicidad. El internet solo alcanza a unos metros de donde tienen una caseta de recepción. La recepción es una caseta colocada en pleno pasillo. Me cambiaron de habitación porque yo reservé con internet y cama Queen y donde llegué no tenía ambas cosas, la habitación que me dieron al cambiarme, estaba frente a la caseta recepción, así que por las noches la habitación estaba más iluminada que la fachada de la parroquia de San Miguel. La segunda mañana, ya en la nueva habitación SIN AGUA CALIENTE Y QUE ALGUIEN LE MOVIÓ AL BOILER. Una de las toallas de manos espantosamente sucia o manchada de algo. No encontraban la llave extra y un día me hablaron por teléfono para que yo les prestara la llave y pudieran entrar a hacer el aseo. Uno de los días no hicieron el aseo ni cambiaron toallas. La recepción por la noche o madrugada es un desastre ya que la persona se duerme y tiene muy buen sueño, una noche llegaron unos jóvenes a las 4:00 am y tocaron 25 minutos antes de que se levantara a abrir el encargado, así que entre tocar la puerta de los jóvenes que llegaron y los gritos del encargado diciéndoles que ya iba, aquello parecía una gran feria, despertándonos a los demás huéspedes. Un día solo estaba la encargada del aseo y no había a quien pedirle información. LO ÚNICO, PERO LO ÚNICO BUENO QUE TIENE ES LA UBICACIÓN, POR LO DEMÁS UN DESASTRE DE HOTEL, NADA RECOMENDADO.

El sábado regresando de una boda a las 2:00am el encargado de abrir la puerta se quedó dormido y no pudo abrir. Después de 1:30 hrs de estar tocando la puerta, un amable huésped me abrió…. No se queden en este lugar NUNCA!! Ni una disculpa me ofrecieron

El hotel recién inició operación y está en buena condición con un servicio amable por parte del personal, solo que no hubo señal wifi en los cuartos que tuvimos, y la television solo tiene canales de música.
