"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "

"Stayed for about a week over New Years and the overall experience was very good. Paty, the property manager, was great and responded very quickly to all requests. The loft is modern, safe and well kept. It is a really nice place. It's an easy walk to the historic center of town which is filled with great sights and restaurants. The only suggestions I have, would be for a few more towels in the kitchen as well as the bathroom and a larger hot water heater. The hot water ran out quickly when...
