This bedroom has a large en-suite with a large luxury walk-in shower with a modern fitted unit with basin and mirror with light separate WC.

The kitchen is brand new, fully fitted with everything you need including an integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric hob and extractor with a built in eye level oven and built in microwave and a washing machine.

Bathroom number two has a shower, sink basin and a WC.

The living and dining area has a L shaped sofa, coffee table, latest smart TV with many channels of all languages including all UKTV Channels, plus Netflix, Amazon Prime and much more. There is also a dining table with four chairs in the living area.

This apartment has wonderful sea views from the living area. The terrace has a table and two chairs. The the terrace also facing Mount Teide, and to the front terrace table and chairs overlooking the ocean and golf course.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
