The property is rented exclusively, consisting of four independent dwellings with private bathrooms. There is a trullo with a double bedroom and bathroom; a trullo with a double bedroom, a living area with a one-and-a-half-seater sofa bed and a bathroom; an apartment with a kitchen, a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed (one-and-a-half-seater below and single above) and two bathrooms; an apartment with a kitchen, a double bedroom and a single bed, a room with a bunk bed (one-and-a-half-seater below and single above) and a bathroom. Externally, there is a large and beautiful swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, surrounded by typical vegetation.
