"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house and grounds. The house has everything you could possibly need and it is very luxurious. The rooms are all a great size and beautifully furnished. Despite the hot July weather, the house was cool inside and at night. There are shutters and mosquito nets on all the windows, so the cool breeze kept the bedrooms cool at night. We were 2 families with teenagers, so the large pool table, table tennis and table football kept the boys entertained for hours. The kitchen is great to cook in and there are so many different pots, pans and utensils to choose from, as well as the gorgeous ceramic serving bowls and plates. We enjoyed many a lovely meal here, eaten outside on the big table under the tree. And then there is the stunning pool and pool area. It gets all the sun in the morning so it’s a lovely temperature in the afternoon. The table area goes into shade under the large tree from lunch time and its perfect to sit out and relax. Its only a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket and a further 5 minute walk to the square and Café/bar Insomnia. The locals are very friendly and helpful and we loved walking in for coffee in the morning. There was a friendly cat who visited us in the evenings. He is young and playful and keen for company. We left him water each day (and a little food) and he was grateful. We all became very fond of him. We really loved our week here and will definitely come back (but with less teenagers!)."

"We really enjoyed our room. Based on the listing, we were not certain what to expect but the one bedroom unit was very well setup. Pool view was unique/cool and kids loved it. On site restaurant was nice/convenient. Parking situation required a bit of navigation but staff was excellent. This was our first visit but we would stay again."

"My room (8) was small but I was pretty comfortable. The elevator made moving luggage easier. I received a fresh towel and a made bed quickly every day. The shower was small but had hot water and good pressure. I had brought my own washcloth, shampoo and conditioner which I recommend. They do supply body wash. Breakfast was very nice with hard boiled eggs, sliced cheese, meat, yogurt and fruit. If you like a hard mattress you will love the bed - me, not so much. I really felt welcome for the two weeks I spent at Hotel Corso."

"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"
