In the centre of Bibione, you’ll find a large promenade perfect for an evening stroll.<br>The spacious, brick-built Ville Verdi holiday home can accommodate 8 people (including at least 1 child up to a maximum of 12 years old) and features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed), and a children’s room with a bunk bed. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into two additional sleeping spots if needed. The well-equipped kitchen features a stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink. The property also features a safe, a TV, and its own washing machine. A travel cot can be rented on-site (please reserve when booking). The holiday home has a private garden, which is separated from neighbouring properties by a hedge. The partially covered patio, furnished with chairs, a table, and two lounge chairs, invites you to relax, and a fire pit is already set up on the property for cosy barbecue evenings (please bring your own grill grate). A covered parking space is available on the property. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Bibione Pineda is just a few minutes’ walk from the residence. Enjoy fun-filled hours on the beach with your family! You can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas, and while the adults soak up the sun or get active with one of the water sports options, the children can make new friends and have fun in the sand. Paved access paths to the shoreline and the umbrellas ensure that the beach is accessible to strollers and people with disabilities.<br>POOL<br>Although the residence does not have its own pool, it is within walking distance of the wide, gently sloping sandy beach.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>The Ville Verdi holiday home features a private garden enclosed by a hedge. This allows your children to play safely outdoors while you enjoy the beautiful weather on the terrace. The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, is within easy walking distance and ideal for families. Bibione offers families many playgrounds and children’s activities on the beach. Or how about a bike ride? In Bibione, you can also explore the surrounding area on two wheels—the great bike paths invite you to do so. If you need a travel cot for your child, you can rent one on site.<br>RECREATION AND SPORTS<br>Whether it’s windsurfing, kayaking, playing beach volleyball, or aqua aerobics in the sea, Bibione offers countless activities. In addition to relaxing in the pleasantly warm water, the thermal
