### Peaceful and quiet retreat in a central location near the sea

We are delighted to welcome to our peaceful apartment located in a quiet area just 250m from the beach. It can accommodates 4-5 guests.  
The apartment features a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and a garden. Air conditioning is included for added comfort. Ideal for a relaxing stay, with the town center only 150m away and the thermal baths 1km away.  
The flat is located on the ground or first floor (depending on actual availability at check in)  
  
Beach service is always included in the price of your stay.  
  
Check in: from 17:00 until 19:00.  
Check out: from 08:00 until 09:00.  
  
Not included in the price (optional):  
\- bed linen: 11eur per person  
\- towel set: 10eur per person  
\- extra cleaning service  
\-one small pet is allowed: 40 eur per stay to be paid at the agency.

Bibione is a beach town with 12 km of golden sandy beaches. Ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing. Bike rentals also available throughout the city. Enjoy all the services provided by Bibione!  
  
There will always be someone from the staff available in case of need and we will be happy to provide advice on what to visit and do in Bibione.
