Bright flat with terrace and numbered parking space, recently renovated, tastefully furnished and finished in every detail. The entrance opens onto the lovely living room, this environment contains the dining area and kitchenette complete with large fridge with separate freezer and dishwasher. Next are the two bedrooms, one double and one master bedroom with a double bed and an additional bunk bed. The bathroom is windowed, spacious and equipped with a comfortable shower cabin. The property is air conditioned with inverter heat pump. A modern holiday residence located in the pedestrian centre of Bibione Spiaggia close to Piazza Fontana, where most of the events and shows offered in town take place. However, in this dynamic and lively setting, it is the sea that contends for the role of absolute protagonist, the beach is located 150m from the structure and represents one of the best organized and well served stretches of beach. The Krystall building is on three levels. The properties followed by our agency are rented on the first and second floor. They are two-room and three-room apartments, recently renovated and furnished with design elements to ensure a practical and comfortable stay. Each unit has dual split air conditioning, a terrace and a numbered parking space in the communal garage in front of the building.
