The ground-floor apartment features a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two), a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a TV. The property is especially suitable for families, offering a cot, toys, bicycles, and an on-site playground for children.
