The ground-floor apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 guests and a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a TV. The property offers many family-friendly features such as a crib, toys, bicycles, and an on-site playground, making it ideal for families with children. You also have access to a foosball table and a ping-pong table in the house. In the shared outdoor area, you will find a beautiful garden and a barbecue.
