THE HOUSING

This exclusive triplex located right in Plaza del Castillo 📍 is distributed over three floors carefully designed to offer comfort, privacy and a different experience during your stay.

With capacity for up to 6 guests, the house combines functional spaces with unique details that elevate the experience, such as its piped music system 🎶 or its spectacular suite with jacuzzi.

The distribution is as follows:

🏡 Ground floor

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen 🍽, ideal for both quick meals and more elaborate dishes, plus a convenient guest toilet. On this floor you will also find the living-dining room 🛋, a cozy space with comfortable sofas, a TV 📺 with Amazon Fire TV and a dining table for 4 people, perfect for relaxing or sharing moments in a group.

It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed and air conditioning ❄️, designed to guarantee rest and comfortably adapt to families or groups.

Here you'll find the jewel of the accommodation: an open, bright suite with an elegant jacuzzi and integrated TV, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying a special moment. From this room, you can access a lovely private terrace 🌿, perfect for getting some fresh air and relaxing.

The house is organized on three floors:

Ground floor: living room, kitchen and toilet

Upper floors: bedrooms and full bathroom (access via stairs, visible in the photos)

🔑 Access based on number of guests

The second bedroom (with double bed and sofa bed) will only be available for bookings of more than 2 guests.

The master suite with jacuzzi will always be accessible, regardless of the number of guests.

Both the full bathroom and the toilet will be available at all times.

HOUSE RULES

• Up to 6 travelers can stay overnight

• Pets allowed: 2 maximum

• Parties and events are not allowed

• Taking photographs for commercial purposes is not permitted: This includes filming advertisements.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to keep the accommodation in perfect condition, we ask that you take the following rules into account:

🕒 Schedules

Check-in: from 4:00 PM

Check-out: until 12:00

/> If a late check-out has not been arranged in advance, a surcharge of €20 will be applied for each additional hour. This measure helps maintain cleanliness and organization standards for subsequent guests.

🚭 No smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. A penalty of €100 will be applied for violations.

🐾 Pets

Pets are allowed (maximum 2), provided they do not get on the sofa or beds. A €30 penalty will be applied if this rule is violated.

🎉 Events and behavior

Parties and events are not allowed.

Quiet hours between 00:00 and 08:00 must be respected to ensure the rest of neighbors and guests.

📸 Use of accommodation

Taking photographs or making recordings for commercial purposes is not permitted on the property.
