I don’t recommend this hotel. Looks very dated. Small rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom experience is bad. No onsite parking. Poor elevator. Old mechanical keys, no key cards. List goes on. The only positive is the staff, location and hotel looks nice from the outside.

Le Chatelet is highly recommended. Frankly there is nothing exceptional but the hotel it is very comfortable and well located in the town. We had problems on the first night due to excessive noise but the more than polite staff resolved this problem with ease. Parking is also a problem with this hotel but again the staff were aware of this and solved our concerns. This was a a highly recommend hotel for its comfort and professionalism.

A stay that could have been perfect!

First, the hotel did not refund the prepaid VAT tax. This is standard practice in Argentina as all prices include VAT. The room was left unmade with ridiculous excuses. The location is good, breakfast friendly.

No A/C and no thermostat or room temp control

My room was quite dated and rather small. I had to move the bed so there was enough room for the chair to fit in front of the small desk. The worst thing is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel or the rooms. There is also no control for heating the room. They have central air for the entire hotel, so whatever temperature they set it at, you're stuck with it. At one point, when I was already a little too warm, they turned on the heat and the room felt like a sauna. I had to open the window and turn on the fan. At least they have a fan in the room. The location is good, but I would not stay here again.

El hotel muy lindo, limpio, espacioso, el desayuno viene incluido de muy buena calidad, con muy buena ubicación. Pero sobre todo el personal increíble!! Alan y la señorita de recepción increíbles !! Siempre con la mejor disposición en ayudarnos en todo momento. Viaje con mi esposa y dos hijos. La relación precio calidad excelente !! Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones en verdad nos hicieron sentir en casa ! Además casualmente fue mi cumpleaños y me enviaron una botella de tinto y unos alfajores deliciosos! Muchas gracias !! Súper recomendado!!!
