Inside you'll find a warm, homey 70's Texas Country vibe that invites you to kick off your boots and relax.
Each room is thoughtfully decorated for comfort and conversation. Curl up with a good book in the library/ office space, gather with friends in the game room, unwind by the fire pit or gently swing in the reading chair beneath the majestic 400-year-old live oak that has watched over this corner of San Marcos for generations.
With multiple outdoor seating areas you can enjoy morning sunshine or evening breezes under the big blue Texas sky. Cozy Corner is a true retreat for families, couples, and small groups who want to experience the best of San Marcos, all from a place that feels like home away from home.
