Nestled in the greenery (20,000 sqm amongst meadows and woods), the property boasts a fully fenced garden with patio, barbecue, and dining table for 10 people. From the villa you can admire a panoramic view of the the Apennine ring and the several mountains. Among the outdoor spaces tou will also find a heated pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.40 m), open from April 20th to the end of September. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols. The pool is heated through the use of solar panels (the pool heating is included in the price). Moreover, at guests' disposal a ping-pong table, and a private parking (2 covered + 3 uncovered spaces). Internal Description Villa Popiglio is divided into 2 comfortable apartments not communicating with each other (one located on the ground floor, and the other on the first floor), both set on one single level, and provided with independent entrances. The whole property can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The owners live in a separate house, near the villa, and they will meet all guests needing. The utmost privacy is guaranteed. Wifi Internet is included. Pets are allowed. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request at an additional cost. First apartment: The first apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, and consists of a cozy living area with double sofa bed, armchair, tv, and dining table for 4-6 people. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower, and 2 bedrooms: one double and one triple (3 single beds).
