Borgo Migliorini is nothing short of a magical place. An hidden gem tucked away in the beatiful Abetone mountain, it provided a marvellous frame for our wedding which we hosted here in mid-June. Blessed by fabulous weather, our guests raved about their stay in this cabin and were just mesmerized by the beauty of it all. The cabins are built with ex-novo materials salvaged by the hamlet's owner, who descends from a long line of illustrious artists and put his very soul in the restoration of this hamlet by scattering pieces made by his ancestors over the centuries. If you are not too fussy about things being polished, are a nature lover and rustic is your style, look no further. Great value for money.

Fühlte mich erleichtert nach einer langen Fahrt, diesen gemütlichen und einladenden Ort gefunden zu haben. Der Kamin trug abends zur Atmosphäre bei und machte es einfach sich einzuleben. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch, was für Roadtrips immer wichtig ist.

De toegang tot Migliorini was wat moeilijk te vinden. Het dorpje zit in de bosrijke heuvels. Bij aankomst konden we niet meteen naar het huisje rijden door de smalle hobbelige steile weggetjes naar boven. De eigenaar was er al en heeft ons rondgeleid in het huisje en e.e.a. verteld over de omgeving.

Die Ankunft war perfekt arrangiert. -Manager wartete nach Telefonat mit Schlüssel und hatte viel Zeit, zu erklären, was das war schon zu tun. Das Haus ist ein altes italienisches Haus. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich. Seien Sie alt und nicht gleich sauber. Die Waschmaschine nicht. Aber wer das Gefühl einer alten Villa in Italien erleben will, ist eine große Chance. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Wasser ist sehr kalt, weil die Sonne durch die Bäume nicht kommt. Die Betten sind sehr alt und die Matratzen hängen.
