The hotel is a really nice property on a well located and safe area in an exclusive area of San Luis Potosi. The staff was great, they met all my requests promptly and always with a smile, and the facilities are well maintained. The only suggestion I have is related to the parking, there are too few parking spots, but other than that, everything was wonderful.

I was hoping for a better experience for the price. The hotel severely overcharges at both the restaurant and the grocery store. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms is lacking—the sheets and towels provided to us were very old and worn out. We didn't use the pool during our stay but I know is not in the same property. While the hotel itself has its pros and cons, the personnel here are ok. I'm not sure if I would go back.

This property is in a great location. The staff was wonderful-especially the front desk manager, the manager of sales, and Martha Juarez (the jewel of the crown for this property) in food and beverage. The breakfast is very good and I recommend choosing that as part of your reservation package. There were some hiccups and they addressed everything quickly and I felt very well taken care of. I have stayed several times and will stay at this property again in the future.
